1. Agreement to Terms

ReloDXB is an informational platform that provides personalized cost-of-living estimates, neighborhood recommendations, and relocation guidance for individuals considering moving to Dubai, UAE. Our service uses publicly available data, including data from Dubai Pulse (Dubai Smart City Office), to estimate housing costs and living expenses.

The Platform is provided free of charge to users. We generate revenue through affiliate partnerships, advertising, and featured listings, as described in our Affiliate Disclosures page.

3. Not a Relocation Agency

ReloDXB is NOT a relocation agency, consultancy, advisory service, real estate brokerage, immigration consultancy, or financial advisory firm. We are an informational platform only. All information, estimates, recommendations, and guidance provided on this Platform are for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.

We do not hold any professional licenses related to real estate, immigration, finance, or legal services in any jurisdiction. We do not act as your agent or representative in any capacity.

4. No Professional Advice

Nothing on this Platform constitutes:

• Changes in government regulations, fees, and taxes

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Dubai government, Dubai Smart City Office, RERA, Dubai Land Department, DEWA, or any UAE government entity.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for verifying all information before making decisions
• You will independently confirm all costs, fees, visa requirements, and regulations with official sources
• You are responsible for your own relocation decisions and their consequences

Property data sourced from Dubai Pulse is used under the Dubai Pulse Open Data License. Blog articles and editorial content are original works owned by ReloDXB.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory
• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information provided on the Platform
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from reliance on information provided on the Platform, decisions made based on our estimates, or interactions with third-party service providers
• Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReloDXB, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Any decisions you make based on information provided on the Platform

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform without our consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Create multiple or fake accounts

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at info@relodxb.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
